*Calvert-Woodley Liquors in Van Ness
*Arrowine in Arlington

H&H will also ship, albeit at ludicrous prices.

In addition, Brooklyn Bagel Bakery by the Arlington Courthouse Metro creates a reasonable facsimile, since they actually kettle-boil.
